Tensile testing facility up to 60 tons.

Bell type annealing.

Raw material is being procured from M/s. Tata Steel Ltd. Jamshedpur and Usha Martin Industries Ltd., Jamshedpur and JSW Steel Ltd., Salem, Mukand Ltd., Thane who are among the largest High Carbon Wire Rod producer in India, matching their product with International standards. Not only that raw materials are being imported from the abroad companies like POSCO- Korea, Arcelor Mittal- Brazil, P.T. Indo-Ispat, Indonesia

Production and plant capacity:
The present capacity of Ranchi plant is 42,000 Tons Per Annum that of our sister concern at Bangalore is 30,000 Tons Per Annum, at Visakhapatnam is 30,000 Tons Per Annum and at Nagpur is 30,000 Tons Per Annum and activity of our group units is almost equal.

The product range includes wires for various applications such as Lock Washer, Umbrella Rib, Various Springs, Card and Gill Pin, 3x3 Ply Pre-Stressed Concrete Strand ( Normal/ Low Relaxation- for Railway Concrete Sleeper and Poles), Hair Pins, Nails, Binding, Electrodes, PSC Poles, Animal Nail, Staple Pin, Shutter Spring, Wire Mesh, Upholstery.

Wire Ropes for Hoist, Cranes, Mining, General Engineering, Small Chords, Marine, Fishing, Colliery Haulage etc..
